PLL Academy Pro Day: An immersive + engaging event for players looking to train and compete like the pros. PLL Academy Pro Days bring hands-on lacrosse instruction from the pros to a fun, easy-paced environment. Attendees will have the ability to connect with PLL players while learning the fundamentals of stick-work, shooting, defense, and footwork. Event will include demos, drills, and games in a way that is exciting, easy to follow, and fun. 

Sessions begin with 60 minutes of training + instruction, and close with a 30-minute photo and autograph opportunity plus the chance to win one of the many giveaways. Players new to the sport can also receive a brand new STX beginner stick to complete their memorable experience!

Kieran McArdle:  Team U.S Men's National Team member. 3X All-Star, 2022 PLL champion, 2014 professional Rookie of the Year and 3X All-American at st.John's University. #13 in all time career professional goals with 252. Waterdogs LC attackman and 2023 captain.

When: Saturday, June 10th from 11:00AM to 12:30PM

Who: This is a co-ed event for players ages 4 through 14. Players will be grouped by skill-level so that participants receive the appropriate instruction.

Pricing: $79 (Includes training session AND STX beginner stick); $59 (Only includes training session, no stick)
