Lacrosse Training: This is a training event developed by PLL athletes to maximize growth and education for all lacrosse players. Training sessions focus on shooting, dodging, agility training, passing, defense, communication, and lacrosse IQ development.

Ryland Rees, LSM, Waterdogs LC: Rees is a Port Coquitlam, British Columbia native where he attended Terry Fox Secondary School. At Stony Brook, Rees was named the America East Defensive Player of the Year and earned first team All-America East honors. In four professional seasons, Rees has 28 points (16G, 9T, 3A). His two-point shot â?? from an overhand, sidearm, or underhand release point â?? is unpredictable for goalies.

When: Sunday, April 23rd: 

K - 2nd Grade Session will be from 9:00AM - 10:00AM
3rd- 6th Grade Session will be from 10:00AM - 11:30AM
VIP Session will be from 11:30AM - 12:30PM

Who: Designed for lacrosse players between the ages of 5-12. Athletes should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. Lacrosse training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today.

VIP: 1-hour of VIP (6 player max/professional) training to take place following to the 8 - 12 year old session on Sunday. Small group training provides an opportunity for additional personalized instruction to ensure players maximize growth and potential. Each small group training will include detailed critique and feedback areas for improvement.

Pricing: 60 minute lacrosse training: $79 / 90 minute lacrosse training: $99 / 90 minute lacrosse training + VIP Bundle: $219

Refund Policy: This event follows standard PLL Academy refund policy which is stated below:

1) Less than 72 hours after signup - Full refund less 3% Transactional Fee
2) More than 7 days prior to the event - 50% Refund or site credit in full
3) Less than 7 days prior to the event - 20% refund or site credit in full
