Pro Lacrosse Training: This is a training event developed by PLL athletes to maximize growth and education for all lacrosse players. Training sessions focus on shooting, dodging, agility training, passing, defense, communication, and lacrosse IQ development.

Mark Cockerton: Cannons LC attackman, tied with Ryan Boyle for top 25 in all time professional goals with 192, 2x professional champion 2017 and 2020, 2x USILA Third Team All-American, 2x All-ACC Team Selection, All-ACC Tournament Team Selection while at Virginia, Ranks 8th all-time in UVA program history for career goals, 2011 NCAA Div 1 National Champion at Virginia, First Canadian Under Armour All-American, #3 ranked high school recruit in the world by Inside Lacrosse in 2010.

Holden Garlent: Cannons LC LSM, Two-Time All-MAAC First Team while at Canisius, School-record holder with 55 caused turnovers, 4th overall pick in the 2019 NLL Draft.

When: Monday , April 10th

1st- 8th Grade Session - 1:00PM - 3:00PM

This event will be segmented by age-group to ensure an appropriate matching of age and skill. This session will be a combination of field and box lacrosse coached by PLL and NLL pros who have played both games at the highest level. 

Who: Designed for lacrosse players between the ages of 6-15. Athletes should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. Lacrosse training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today.

Pricing: 2 hour lacrosse training: $50 CAD or $37 USD

Refund Policy: This event follows standard PLL Academy refund policy which is stated below:

1) Less than 72 hours after signup - Full refund less 3% Transactional Fee
2) More than 7 days prior to the event - 50% Refund or site credit in full
3) Less than 7 days prior to the event - 20% refund or site credit in full
