PLL Academy Pro Day: This event is for players looking to train and play like the pros. PLL Academy Pro Days are instructional events coached by PLL Pros. This event will feature lacrosse instruction in a fun, fast-paced, engaged environment. Athletes will have the ability to connect with PLL players while learning the fundamentals of stickwork, shooting, defense, and footwork. Large group instruction will focus on the basics - starting with proper form and demonstrations from pro players. The first 90 minutes will be a clinic lead by our PLL pros, after-which attendees will be divided into team for scrimmages that will last through the rest of the afternoon.  Loose schedule can be found below:

8:15-9:00: Check In
9:00-10:30: Clinic
10:30-11:30: Players will divide into teams and coaches will hold a brief evaluation and practice
11:30-5:00: Scrimmages (Schedule to come later)

Steve DeNapoli: Waterdogs LC SSDM, Team Captain, 2022 PLL Champion, 2015 MLL Champion, Member of 2018 Team USA Gold Medal winning team, 3x All-CAA While at Hofstra, CAA All-Rookie Team.

When: Monday, October 10th from 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Who: This is an event for players ages 10 through 18. Players will be grouped by grade, with separate groups for 5th-6th grade, 7th-8th grade, and high school.

Pricing: $229 (Inclusive of PLL pinnie, clinic, and scrimmages) or $99 for the 90 minute clinic only.
