Lacrosse Training: This is a training event developed by PLL and unleashed athletes to maximize growth and education for all lacrosse players. Training sessions focus on shooting, dodging, agility training, passing, defense, communication, and lacrosse IQ development.

Cole Williams: Chrome LC Midfielder, All-American while at Johns Hopkins, 5 Year Starter, Four-Time Academic All-BigTen, Two Time Second-Team All-BigTen, High School All-American.

Lizzie Colson: 2021 IWLCA National Defender of the Year, 2021 Tewaaraton Finalist, 2021 IWLCA First Team All-America, 2021 Big Ten Defender of the Year, 2021 IWLCA First Team All-Region, 2021 Inside Lacrosse First Team All-American, 2021 First Team All-Big Ten, 2019 IWLCA Second Team All-Region, 2018 & 2019 IWLCA Third Team All-American, 2018 Inside Lacrosse Second Team All-American, 2018 & 2019 All Big Ten, 2018 IWLCA First Team All-Region, 2018/19/20 All Big Ten Tournament Team and 2020 & 2021 Team Captain at the University of Maryland.

Where: Hampton Roads Soccer Complex - 2276 Recreation Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23456

When: Saturday February 26th from 10:00AM - 2:00PM

Session 1: 10:00AM to 12:00PM (4th through 8th graders)

Session 2: 12:00PM to 2:00PM (9th through 12th graders)

Who: Players should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. Lacrosse training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today.  

Pricing: $99 - Cost includes a PLL Academy Pinnie.
