Pro Training: Train like the pros. The instructional event will feature fundamental lacrosse instruction in a fun, moderately-paced environment. Young athletes will have the ability to connect with women's players while learning the fundamentals of stick work, shooting, defense, and footwork. Large group instruction will focus on the basics - starting with proper form and demonstrations from pro players. Events will move through drills and games in a way that is engaging, easy to follow, and fun. 

Tickets: **CURRENTLY SOLD OUT** All participants in the Training Session will have the option to purchase discounted tickets to the PLL games on Sunday July 4th, taking place at Hofstra University. More details on those games can be found here. Please register for the event which corresponds with the amount of tickets you would like to purchase for Sunday's games (tickets provide entry to BOTH Sunday games). **Ticket offer is subject to availability. The deadline to register with the discounted ticket option is June 18, 2021**.

Amanda Johansen - Johansen was a decorated student-athlete at USC, compiling 194 points on 134 goals and 60 assists during her 77-game career. She also had 258 draw controls. Johansen was named the 2013 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Rookie of the Year, IWLCA Third Team All-American, and was a 2x team captain. Currently, Johansen serves as the Associate Head Coach at Hofstra University. Specifically, she oversees the defensive unit and draw team. Prior to her role at Hofstra, Johansen was an Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator at USC, and a Graduate Assistant at Mount St. Mary's. She played professionally with the Baltimore Ride (UWLL) for two seasons, as well as the Baltimore Brave (WPLL). With the Brave, she captured the WPLL title and was named to the All-Star Team. In addition, she is a member of the U.S. National Team Training Team.
