Girls Lacrosse Training: This is a training event developed by Professional Female athletes to maximize growth and education for all girls lacrosse players. Training sessions focus on shooting, dodging, agility training, passing, 8-meter shooting, draw control, defense, communication, and lacrosse IQ development.

Mollie Stevens - Professional Lacrosse Player, BIG EAST Attacker of the Year, BIG EAST Tournament Most Outstanding Player, First Team All-American, Tewaaraton Award Nominee, Florida single-season record for draw controls.

Alex Aust - Professional Lacrosse Player, National Champion while at the University of Maryland, Tewaaraton finalist, 2-Time All-American, 2-Time All-ACC, National Attacker of the Year, Set the record for points scored in the ACC Tournament. 

Where:  The Lax Box - 5329 Powers Ave, Jacksonville FL 32207

When: Saturday, January 30th - Youth session from 10:00AM - 11:30AM - High School session from 11:30AM - 1:00PM 

Who: Session will be segmented by age-group, with high-school and youth-school groups competing separately. This will ensure an appropriate matching of skill. Players should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. Lacrosse training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today.  

Pricing: 90 minute lacrosse training $99 

COVID-19 Protocols: Prior to the event, all staff and participants will sign our COVID-19 protocols and health pledge. Upon arrival, each camper will be subject to a contactless temperature test. During the event, all PLLA Coaches will wear a face mask throughout the duration of the event. All nets, balls, cones, and equipment will be disinfected prior to and after each session.
