Summary: This Camp is designed for offensive players only. The Premier Lacrosse League Academy Girls Offensive Day Camp will be run by Marie McCool along with other top offensive professional women's lacrosse players. The goal of the offensive specific camp is to thoroughly break down the skills, concepts, mechanics that will elevate your game and help make you an elite offensive threat on the field. We will cover stick work, time and room shooting, shooting on the run, interior shooting, cutting, moving off ball, dodging, feeding, 8 meter shooting, etc. Offensive players will be broken down by age and position (attack, midfield). We will lead tutorials on strength and conditioning, nutrition, and off-field practices that will help offensive players reach their fullest potential. The Offensive Day Camp will be a unique training experience and we hope to see you this summer!.

PLL Academy's Girls Offensive Day Camp will be led by current professional standout Marie McCool and Sammy Jo Tracy who are two of the most decorated offensive players in the professional game today. Bios on them can be found, below:

Marie McCool - World Champion, Professional Champion, Professional MVP, All-Star, National Champion while at UNC, 3-Time ACC Champion, NCAA National Midfielder of the Year, 2-Time ACC Midfielder of the Year, 3-Time All-American, 2-Time Tewaaraton Finalist. 

Ages: There will be two groups of girls. A middle school group (11-14) and a high school group (15-18)
Dates: Saturday, September 26th through Sunday, September 27th  
Location: The Athletic Campus - 3195 Brighton Henrietta Town Line Rd, Rochester, NY 14623
Max Campers: 50 per session. 
Coach-to-Player Ratio: Minimum 12:1
Skill Level: Minimum 1 Year Experience Required
Session Times: The Middle school session will occur from 9:00 - 12:00 each day, and the high school session will take place from 1:00 - 4:00
Price: $215 

COVID-19 Protocols: Prior to the event, all staff and participants will sign our COVID-19 protocols and health pledge. Upon arrival, each camper will be subject to a contactless temperature test. During the event, all PLLA Coaches will wear a face mask throughout the duration of the event. All nets, balls, cones, and equipment will be disinfected prior to and after each session.
