Summary: This Camp is designed for Defenseman only. The Premier Lacrosse League Academy Defensive Day Camp will be run by world class defenders Troy Reh and Reece Eddy. The goal of the defensive specific camp is to thoroughly break down the skills, concepts, mechanics that will elevate your game and help make you an elite defender on the field. We will cover stick work, footwork, body control, communication, clears, slides, checking, transition play, and more. What's different? Training sessions, drills, film, strength and conditioning, strategy, and all other lacrosse components will be geared towards getting the most out of defensive players. If you're a defender looking to improve, there isn't a better camp available. Period.

PLL Academy's Defensive Day Camp will be led by current professional standouts Troy Reh and Reece Eddy. Troy and Reece are two of the best defensive players in the professional game today. Each player has been named to the All-American list as well as All-America East during their time in college.
