Offensive Training: This is a training event developed by PLL athletes to maximize growth and education for attackmen and midfielders. Training sessions focus on shooting, dodging, agility training, passing, man-up scenarios, man-down scenarios, communication, and lacrosse IQ development. 

Brent Adams: 7 Year Pro, 2-Time All Star, All-American, 2-Time All-Conference, Head Coach - Highlands Ranch HS, Redwoods LC Midfielder. 

Where: Sanford Fieldhouse, 2215 W Pentagon Pl, Sioux Falls, SD 57107.  

When: Monday, August 12th - 4:00PM - 5:30PM (Sm. Group 5:45PM - 6:45PM)  

Who: Session will be segmented by age-group, with high-school and middle-school groups competing separately. This will ensure an appropriate matching of skill. Players should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. Defensive training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today.  

Small Group Training: 1-hour of small group (6 player max) training to take place after this offensive training event. Small group training provides an opportunity for additional personalized instruction to ensure players maximize growth and potential. Each small group training will include feedback on areas for improvement.  Note: Small Group Training includes registrations to both the 60 minute small group and 90 minute training session.
